The life expectancy of a coated roof can vary depending on the roof mileage, but you can typically expect 10, 15 or 20 years, from a coated roof.
Q. What is the energy efficiency of the coating ?
Our coatings offer up to 93% reflectivity, producing considerably lower roof temperatures, UV protection, and lower building temperatures.
Q. Does the roof coating require maintenance ?
Our roof coatings are maintenance free, however we do offer an annual inspection with an inspection contract.

If requested the roof can be re-coated, provided the substrate is dry, and there is no evidence of water ingress.
